Jill Keenon,  RN, BSN, CLNC, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach  spoke to the club about Brain Health the why's, wherefore's, and disciplines to avoid brain deterioration, especially Alzheimer's. 
 
My Goals As A Health Coach Are Simple:
 
To let others know dementia is not a normal part of aging and help prevent it.
 
To walk along side someone on a path of health transformation, so one may freely and fully live the life God has in store for you.
 
Prevention, prevention, prevention!
 
WHERE ARE WE AT?
 
Diabetes, high Blood Pressure, heart disease are at an all time high in adults as well of children, in spite of the best medical care we have ever had.
 
Dementia is a real fear for the aging population.
 
We are not destined to have what is in our family history.
 
Our genes can be turned on or off by our lifestyle choices.

  • Set your personal goals and work towards lifelong change
