Giving back runs in the family of many Rotarians. John McCluskey's son, Patrick, joined us at our meeting to share his story of working as a Peace Corp Volunteer in South Africa as one of the first contingents to be sent there in response to the end of Apartheid. Pat lived with the town chief's family and share some of his life changing experiences with us. He hosts an annual fundraiser called the "Comfort Matlala Golf Open" to continue providing support to his South African family. While in South Africa he also jumped from the world's highest commercial bridge bungee.
